ORDINANCE NO. NS-98 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE CBEATING CNANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES AND AMENDING Sm~.~T NO. 34 OF TL DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION. WHEREAS, The Planning Comm~ ssion of Sauta Ana ~as given notice of and duly held two public hearings on a Commission initiated change of District Classification and by Resolution No. 762 recommended to the City Council the change requested; and W/tEBEAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a public hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity, convenience and generml welfare require the following amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. NOW, THERE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF T~E CITY 0F SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of Bristol Street and Fairview Avenue; thence North 89° 58' 49" West 167.00 feet along the center line of Fairview Avenue; thence North 0° 13' 29" West 308.00 feet; thence North 89° 46' 31" East 167.00 feet to the center line of Bristol Street; thence South 0° 13' ~9" East 308.00 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, be reclassified from R~l to the C District and that Sheet No. 3~ of the Dis- tricting Map of Articl~ IX of the Santa Aha Municipal Code be amended to show such reclassification. SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published, within 15 days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Aha Independent. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
