ORDINANCE NO. NS-99 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OP THE SANTA ANA ~g3NICIPAL CODE C-~G CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES AND AMENDING SHEET NO. 50 OF THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW THE RE- CLASSIFICATION. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Aha has given notice of and duly held two public hearings in connection with an application for change of District Classification and by Resolution No. 145 recommended to the City Council the change requested; and WHEBEAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a public hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLIX)WS: SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa ~n-~ County of Orange, State of California, described as: Beginning at an angle point on the boundary line of the City of Santa Aha North 23© 23' 00"; East 713.46 feet from a point on the North line of Section 15, T. 5 S., R. 10 W., S.B.B.& }4. 1224.25 feet Westerly from the Northeast corner of said Section 15; thence North 89° 42' 00" West~338.70 feet along said City Boundary to a point; thence North 23u 23' 10" East 74t.01 feet to the center line of Fifth Street; thence North 89° 35' OO" East along the center line of Fifth Street 77.17 feet to a point; thence South 73°33'15'' East along the center line of Fifth Street 245.02 feet to the City Boundary; thence South 27° 38' 45" West 31.00 feet along said City Boundary to a point; thence South 23° 23' 00" West along said City Boundary 638.04 feet to the point of beginning. All bearings and distances are as shown on a licensed Surveyor's Map filed in Book 28, Page 36, of Record of Survey in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California, be reclassified from R-1 District to the M-2 District and that Sheet No. 50 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the ~anta Aha Municipal Code be amended to show such reclassification. SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this Ordina/%ce and shall cause the same to be published, within 15 days after its 8x~option, in one issue of the Santa Aha Independent. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
