ORDINANCE NO. NS-101 ~ABLISHING SETBACK LINES ON <br />BOTH SIDES OF ~40RY LANE WEST OF FLOWER ST~-"ET. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the public peace, health, safety, comfort, convenience, <br />interest and welfare require and there are hereby established, setback lines as <br />hereinbelow set out, all in accordance with the Notice contained in Resolution <br />No. 55-86. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That a new Sub-paragraph (t) be added to Section 9150 of <br />Part 2, Chapter 1, Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "(t) Memory Lane, on both sides, between Flower Street and ~he <br /> Westerly City Limits, 60 feet from the surveyed center line~ <br /> measured at right angles." <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this <br />Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published within 15 days after its <br />adoption, in one issue of the Santa Ana Independent.
