ORDINANCE NO. NS-lO5 AN[ENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA ~D-NICIPA~ CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES AND A~NDING SHEETS NOS. 44 and 45 OF THE DISTRICTING NAP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION WHEREAS, the Pla~ming Commission of Santa Aha has given notice of and duly held two public hearings in connection with an application for change of District Classification and by Resolution No. 801 rec- ommended to the City Council the change requested; and WHEREAS, the City CounciD gave due notice of and regularly held a public hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amend- ment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detri- mental to the surrounding property; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: PARCEL l: Lets l, 9 and 8, except the triangular parcel in the Southwest corner of said Lot 8, of Smith and Malley's subdivision of the McClay Tract as per map recorded in Book 22, Page 96, Records of Los Angeles County, California, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Easterly 75 feet measured from the center line of Lyon Street; PARCEL 2: That certain parcel of land bounded Easterly by Lyon Street, bounded Southerly by McFadden Street, bounded Westerl~ by the Southerly extension of the West line of Lots l, 9 and ~ of said Smith and Malley's subdivision and bounded Northerly by the Southerly line of said Let 8, EXCEPTING ~3tEREFROM the Easterly 75 feet measured from the center line of Lyon Street, be reclassified from R-1 District to the M-1 District and that Sheets Nos. ~1~1 and 45 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Aha Municipal Code be amended to show such reclassification. SECTION 2.
