ORDINANCE NO. NS-116 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL <br /> CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES AND AMENDING SHEET <br /> NO. 38 OF THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION <br /> <br /> WHEREA~, the Planning Commission of Santa Aha has given notice of and duly <br /> held two public hearings in connection with an application for change of District <br /> Classification and by Resolution No. 817 recomended to ~he City Council the <br /> changes requested; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a public hear- <br /> ing on said application and does now find that public necessity, convenience and <br /> general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses under the new <br /> classification ~ill not be detrimental to the surrounding property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY ~F SANTA A~A DOES ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, <br /> State of California~ be reclassified as herein set out: <br /> <br /> PARCEL 1: The Southerly 150 feet of Lot 5 and the Southerly 150 feet <br /> of the Easterly 234 feet of Lot 4 of Tract 488 as per map recorded <br /> in Book 17, Page 4, Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the County <br /> Recorder of Orange County, California, <br /> <br />from R-1 District to R-3 District, and <br /> PARCEL 2: The Northerly 300 feet of the Southerly 450 feet of Lot 5 <br /> and the Northerly 300 feet of the Southerly 450 feet of the Easterly <br /> 234 feet of Lot 4 of Tract 488 as per map recorded in Book 17, Page 4,. <br /> Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County Recorder of Orange <br /> County, California, <br /> <br />from R-3 District to M-1 District and that Sheet No. 38 of the Districting Map of <br />Article IX of the Santa Aha Municipal Code be amended to show such reclassifi- <br />cations. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this <br />Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published, within 15 days after its <br />adoption, in one issue of the Santa Aha Independent. This Ordinance shall take <br />effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of S~nta ~ at its <br /> <br />regular meeting held on the 18th day of July, 1955. <br />A.
