O~DINANCE NO. ~$-121 ESTABLISHING SETBACm LINES ON <br /> BOTH SIDES OF-'~ AVenUE BETWEEN WASHINGTON AVENUE <br /> AND THE SANTA ANA F~EEWAY <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the public peace, health, safety, comfort, convenience, <br />interest and welfare require and there are hereby established, setbac~ lines as <br />hereinbelow set out, all in accordance with the Notice contained in Resolution <br />No. 55-175. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. That a new Sub-paragraph (s) be added to Section 9150 of <br /> <br />Part 2, Chapter 1, Article IX of the Santa Aha Mumicipal Code to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "(s) Santiago Avenue on both sides, between Washington Avenue and <br /> the Santa Aha Freeway~ 35 feet from the center line measured <br /> at right angles." <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. That Ordinance No. 1325 is hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this <br />Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published with&n 15 days after its <br />adoption, in one issue of the Santa Aha Independent.
