Southwesterly right-of-, ~w~ line of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company' s right-Of-way; thence S 41 02' 00" E, 1,435.99 feet along said Southwesterly right-of-way line to the Southeast Corner of Lot 22 of said Potts, Borden and Sidwell Tract; thence continuing S 41° 02' 00" E, 879.20 feet along said Southwesterly right-of-way line to the point of beginning. Ail bearings and distances as shown on a Record of Survey filed in Book 29 Page 24 of Records of Survey, County of Orange, be and the same is hereby annexed to and shall become a part of the City of Santa Aha, the Santa Aha Elementary School District, Santa Ana High School District and Santa Aha Junior College District, and said annexation is by this Ordi~ce effected, ap- proved and declared. SECTION 3. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published within 15 days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Ana Independent. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the dabe of its final adoption.
