NS-124 AM~iDING SECTION 9107.10 OF THE S~TA ANA <br /> · ~U~ICIPAL CODE TO ALL~ REAL ESTATE AND INSURanCE OFFICES IN THE <br /> "P"ZUNE <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF T~LE CITY OF SANTA A~A DOES ORDAIN AS FOLL~S: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That Section 9107.10 cf Chapter I of Article IX of the Sauta Ana <br />Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "SECTION 9107.10. P (Parking and Professional District) Uses Permitted: <br /> (a) All uses permitted in R-l, R-2 and R-3 District, but under <br /> the same restrictions, conditions and limitations as specified in sec- <br /> tions governing the s~me. <br /> <br /> (b) Offices of doctors, dentists, attorneys, accountants, engineers, <br /> architects; real estate and insurance brokers, agents and salesmen; ad- <br /> ministrative office buildings and other similar business offices where <br /> no merchandise is offered for sale. <br /> <br /> (c) Parking of motor vehicles in connection ~*ith any commercial <br /> <br /> use or for private parking except that no cars either new or used shall <br /> be stored for sale or offered for sale or parked while such car bears <br /> sign, words or figures indicating that the same may be for sale, and no <br /> hydrocarbon substance or other property of any Eind may be sold in said <br /> District and no automobile serviced or repaired in said District." <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. The C~e rE of the Council shall certify to the passage of this <br />Ordinance and shall cause the s~e to be published within 15 days after its adoption <br />in one issue of the Santa Ana Independent.
