ORDINANCE NO. NS-131 ~WH~DING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE CREAT1]~G CHANGES l~ DISTRICT BOUNDAE]~S AND ~ING <br /> SHEET NO. 34 OF THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SH~ THE RECLASSIFICATION <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Ana has given notice of and duly <br />held two public hearings in connection with an application for change of District <br />Classification and by Resolution No. 839 reco~ended to the City Couucil the <br />change requested; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a public <br />hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity, convenience <br />and general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses under the <br />new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA A~NA DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the rea~ property in the City of Santa Ana, County of <br />Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> The North one-half of Lot 12 of the Nininger Tract as <br /> shown on a Map recorded in Book 8, page 33 of Miscellaneous <br /> Maps, Records of Orange County, California, <br /> <br />be reclassified from R-1 District to the C-1 District and that Sheet No. 34 of the <br />Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal Code be amended to show <br />such reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this <br />Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published, within 15 days after its <br />adoption, in one issue of the Santa Ana Independent.
