NS-136 AMElfDING ARTICLE IX 0F THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE cREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES AND ADDING SHEET NO. 52 TO THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW THE RE- CLASSIFICATION Wn~HEAS, the Planning Co~ission of Santa Ana has given notice of and duly held two public hearings in connection with an applica- tion for change of District Classification and by Resolution No. 844 recommended to the City Council the change requested; and lgHEEEAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a public hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the follow- lng amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'THE CITY OF SAIWA ANA D~ES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: That portion of the West one-half of Section 25, Township 5 South, Range l0 West, S.B.B. & M., in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, de- scribed as follows: Beginning in the intersection of the centerline of Bristol Street, 60 feet wide, as described in a deed to Orange County, recorded June 1st, 1949, in Book 1851, Page 303 of Official Records, with the Southeast corner of Section 23, Township 5 South, Range l0 West, S.B.B. & M., as said South- east corner is shown on L S Map filed in Book 27, Page 35 of Record Surveys in the Office of the County Recorder of said County; thence South 0° 53' 33" West along ssid cenher- line, a distance of 1540.o2 feet; thence South 89 22' 10" East, a distance of 415.71 feet, to the beginning of a curve concave t o the Northwest having a radius of 600 feet; thence Easterly along said curve through an arc length of 427.5 feet to an intersection with an arc of a curve con- cave to the Southeast, having a radius of 50 feet; thence Easterly along said curve through an arc length of 35.62 feet; thence South 89° 22' 10" East a distance of 15 feet; thence North 0° 38' 16" East a distance of 96.83 feet to a point on a curve concave to the Northeast having a radius of 240 feet; thence Easterly along said curve an arc dis- tance of_131.15 feet; thence tangent to last mentioned curve South 89v 22' 10" East, 25.28 feet; thence North 0v 38' 16" East, 1320.00 feet to the centerline of Delhi Road; thence North 89° 22' 10" West along said centerline 1008.78 feet to the point of beginning,
