ORDINANCE NO. NS-I~3 A~ENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA <br />NUNICIPAL CODE CREATING CPLANGE$ IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES AND <br />A~ENDING SHEET NO. 6 OF THE DISTRICTING NAP TO SHOW THE RE- <br />CLASSIFICATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Ana has given notice <br />of and duly held two public hearings in connection wit~ an applica- <br />tion for change of District Classification and by Resolution No. 863 <br />recommended to the City Council the change requested; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held <br />a public hearing on said application and does now find that public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amend- <br />ment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detri- <br />mental to the surrounding property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Block 23 of Santa Ana East, in the City of ~anta Ana, <br /> as per map thereof, in Book 10, Pages ~3 and 44, Mis- <br /> cellaneous Records of Los Angeles, California, <br /> <br />be reclassified from R-2 District to the C-2 District and that Sheet <br />No. 6 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code be amended to show such reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage <br />of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published, within l~ <br />days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Aha Independent. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of <br />its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br /> <br />at its regular meeting held on the <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCI~ <br /> <br />21st day of November ., 19~~. <br /> <br /> <br />
