ORDINANCE NO. NS-152 DECL_~MING THE AlfNEXATION OF THAT CERTAIN TERRITORY DESIGNATED "SEOCOMBE ANNEX NO. 2" WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana did on November ?, 1955 declare its intention to annex certain uninhabited territory by Resolution No. 55-276, which said Resolution was regular- ly published as required by law, and which said Resolution gave due notice of public hearing to be held on December 19, 1955; and WHEREAS, at said hearing there were no objections or to said proposed annexation; ...... , ~. ~. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That after due hearing, it finds that there was no protest to the annexation of the territory herein described, that due notice of the time and place of hearing was given; that said territory was wholly uninhabited at the time the petition for annexation was filed; that said territory is contiguous to the City of Santa Aha, Cal- ifornia; that written consent of all the owners was filed with the Clerk of the Council prior to the adoption of this Ordinance, agreeing that all property within said territory shall be taxed to pay any in- debtedness or liability of said City contracted prior to or existing at the time of annexation and that said property shall be so taxed. SECTION 2. That all of the territory situated in the County of Orange, State of California, described as: Beginning at the North East corner of the Southwest one quarter of Section 3©, Township 5 South, Range 9 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, said Northeast corner being also the Northeast cor- ner of the Seccombe Addition to Dyer as shown on a map thereof re- corded in Book 8, Page 17 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, State of California; thence South 00° 40' 00" East 1338.20 feet along the East line of said Seccombe Addition and its loutherly extension and along the City Boundary of the City of Santa Aha, California to an angle point in said City Boundary; thence South 89° 56' 53" West 190.00 feet along said City Boundary to its inter- section with the Southerly extension of the West line of Harbor Road 50 feet in width as shown on said Map of the Seccombe Addition; thence North 00° 40' 00" West 668.32 feet along said West line of Harbor Road and its Southerly extension; thence West 140.00 feet along the South line of Lot 13, Block A in said Seccombe Addition to the West line of said Seccombe Addition; thence North O0 40' 00" West 670.00 feet along said West line of Seccombe Addition and along the City Boundary line of the City of Santa Ana to an angle point in said City Boundary, said angle point being on the center line. of Dyer Road; thence East 330.00 feet along said center line of Dyer Road and along the North line of said Seccombe Addition and along said City Boundary to the point of beglnningt
