ORDINANCE NO. 'NS-155 ESTABLISHING SETBACK LINES ON <br />EAST FIRST B~m~-~'~THE A.T. & S.F. RAILROAD TRACKS <br />AND GRAND AVENUE <br /> <br />THE ciTY ~OUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the public peace, health, safety, comfort, <br /> <br />convenience, interest and welfare require and there are hereby es- <br /> <br />tablished, setback lines as hereinbelow set out, all in accordance <br /> <br />with the Notice contained in Resolution No. 55-308. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. That Sub-paragraph (f) of Section 9150 of Part 2, <br />Chapter l, Article IX'of the Santa Ana Municipal Code be and the same <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />.(f) <br /> <br />East First Street on the North side from the A.T. & <br />S.F. railroad tracks to Hathaway Street, 42 feet from <br />the surveyed center line; from Hathaway Street to Grand <br />Avenue, 34 feet from the surveyed center line; and on <br />the South side from the A.T. & S.F. railroad tracks to <br />Hathaway Street, 50 feet from the surveyed cAmter line; <br />all distances measured at right angles to said surJ <br />veyed center line. <br /> <br /> SECTIONs3.
