SECTION 3211.6. Permit Use on Certain Streets Prohibited.' The Special Hardship Privilege Parking Permit authorized by this Part shall not grant any right to the holder thereof, to park the vehicle authorized in said permit and no person shall park, stop or leave standing, any vehicle for a period of time longer than 30 minutes between the hours of 2 o'clock A.N. and 6 o'clock A.N. on the streets next herein set out which have been declared to be primary streete within and adjacent to said City, to-wit: Seventeenth Street, Eighth Street from King Street to Broadway Street, Fourth Street, First Street, Edinger Street, Delhi Road, B~istol Street, Flower Street, Broadway Street and Natn Street."
