ORDINANCE NO. NS-169 AMENDING ARTICLE IX 0F THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES AND AMENDING SHEET NO. 49 oF THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFI CATION WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Aha has given notice of and duly held two public hearings on the question of change of District Classification initiated by the City Council as Amendment No. l?4, and recommended to the City Council the change requested; WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a public hearing on said change of classification and does now find that public necessity, convmaience and general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Beginning at a point 1328.90 feet East of the center line of Main Street, on the center line of Dyer Road; thence East 6?0.82 feet; thence South 668.58 feet; thence East 322.00 feet; thence South 1.42 feet; thence East l~0~.00 feet; thence South 668.03 feet; thence Jest 115}.37 feet; thence No~th 664.94 feet; thence East 8.93 feet; thence North 668.53 feet to the point of beginning, at ATTEST: CLERK OF THE COUNCIL PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana its regular meeting held on the 19th day of March , 1956. and be reclassified from R-1 District to the M-1 District and that Sheet No. 49 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal Code be amended to show such reclassification. SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the pas- sage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published within 15 days after its adoption in one issue of the Santa Ana In- dependent. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
