The Finance Department and the Animal Control Nan shall keep a record of the license tags issued which record shall contain a brief description and the name of the dog and the name and address of the owner. SECTION 411?. Redeeming Dogs. In order to redeem any dog that has been impounded, the re- quirements of the Orange County Pound must be complied with. All dogs impounded and placed in said Orange County Pound shall be subject to the rules and regulations thereof." SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the pas- sage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published within 15 days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Ana I~ependent. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
