ORDINANCE NO. NS-178 AMENDING ARTICTM IX OF THE SANTA ANA <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES AND <br /> AMENDING SHEET NO. 22' OF THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW THE <br /> RECLASSIFICATION <br /> <br /> WHEREA~, the Planning Commission of ~anta Aha has given notice <br />of and duly held two public hearingS in connection with Amendment <br />Application No. 177 for change of District Classification, and recom- <br />mended to the City Council the change requested; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAB, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held <br />a public hearing on said application and does now find that public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following <br />amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not be <br />detrimental to the surrounding property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN A~ FOLL0~S: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the ~eal property in the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 107, Tract 2061 <br />be reclassified from R-1 District to the R-2 District and that Sheet <br />Nc. 22 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Aha Municipal <br />Code be amended to show such reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage <br />of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published within 15 <br />days after its adoption in one issue of the Santa Aha Independent. <br />This' Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of <br />its adoption. <br /> <br /> PAB~ED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br /> <br />at its regular meeting held on the <br />ATTE~ T :~ <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />21st day of ~hY , 1956. <br /> <br /> <br />
