ORDINANCE NO. NS-180 ANENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA NUNICIPAL CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES AND A~ENDING S~ET NO. 54 OF THE DISTRICTING ~AP AND ADD- ING NEW SHEETS NO. 61 AND 62 THERETO TO SHOW THE RECLASSI- FICATION WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Ana has given notice of and duly held two public hearings in connection with Amendment Application No. lB1 for change of District Classification, and recom- mended to the City Council the change requested; and WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a public hearing on said application and does now find that pub- lic necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES O~DAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Beginning at the southwest'corner of Lot 7, of Block "K", of said Tract No. 507; thence South 89040,00" West, paral- lel with the North line of Lot 6, of Tract No. 1024, as shown on a map recorded in Book 33, at page 33 of Miscel- laneous Naps, Records of said Orange County, 1768.30 feet to a point in the West line of said Lot 6; thence South 1°19'~5" East along the West line of said Lot 6 and the East line of Lot 7 of said Tract No. lO~, 2262.79 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 7; thence South 88o43,45" West along the South line of said Lot 7, 1280.00 feet to a point in the East line of Harbor Boulevard, as described in the deed recorded February 21, 1934, in Book 655, at Page 431 of Official Records, Records of said Orange County; thence North 1°19'45" West, along said East line, 490.51 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Westerly and having a radius of 1040.00 feet; thence Northerly along said curve through a central angle of 16°56'57" an arc distance of 307.65 feet to a line tangent~ thence North 18°16'42" West along said tangent line, l~O.O0 feet; thence North 71o43'18" East 10.00 feet; thence North 18o16'42" West 239.23 feet to a point in the Southeasterly right of way line of the Santa Aha River Channel through the Newbert Protection District; said point beginning on a curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 23,093.33 feet.
