said point bears North 57o. 35' 09" West; thence North 89° 38' 35" East, along said South line, 684.47 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 4; thence South 27° 30' 39" West 333.80 feet along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 7; thence South 62° 30' West 291.99 feet to the center line of said King Street; thence North 27° 30~ East 13.41 feet along said center line of King Street to the point of beginning, be reclassified from R-1 District to the R-2 District and that Sheet No. 26 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Aha Munici- pal Code be amended to show such.reclassification. SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published within 15 days after its adoption in one issue of the Santa Aha Independent. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
