ORDINANCE NO. ~-!~ A~NDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA <br /> ANA MUNICIPAL CODE 'CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES <br /> AND A~ENDING SHEETS NOS. 54 AND ~5 OF THE DISTRICTING MAP <br /> TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Aha has given notice <br />of and duly held two public hearings in connection with Amendment <br />Application No. 182 for change of District Classification, and rec- <br />ormuended to the City Council the change requested; and <br /> <br /> WiHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held <br />a public hearing on said application and does now find that public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following <br />amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not <br />be detrimental to the surrounding property. ~ <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TiE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> A portion of the Kuffel and Fletcher Tract as saown on a <br /> map recorded in Book 19, at page 48, of Miscellaneous Rec- <br /> ords of Los Angeles County, California, described as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point distant North 87° 44' 45" East 1627.74 <br /> feet and North 1° 00' 20" West 30.01 feet from the inter- <br /> section of the center lines of Old Newport Road and Delhi <br /> Road, as shown on a Licensed Surveyors Map filed in Book 7, <br /> at page 9 of Record of Surveys, in the office of, the County <br /> Recorder of Orange County, California, said point of begin- <br /> ning being in the North line of Delhi Road, b0400 feet <br /> wide; thence North 1° 00' 20" West 1052.73 feet to a point; <br /> thence North 88° 48' 20" East along said line and the <br /> Easterly extension ther$of, 827.19 feet to a point; thence <br /> South 1° 00' 20" East 1037.43 feet to a point in said <br /> North line of Delhi Road; thence South 87°44' West <br /> along said North line, 827.38 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> <br />be reclassified from R-1 District to the R-3 District and that <br />Sheets Nos. 54 and 5~ of the Districting Map of Article IX of <br />the Santa Ana Municipal Code be amended to show such reclassifi- <br />cation. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
