ORDINANCE NO. NS-195 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE CREATING CHA~NGES IN DISTRICT <br />BOUNDARIES AND AMENDING SHEET NO. 6 OF THE DISTRICTING <br />MAP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION <br /> <br /> WPLEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Ana has given <br />notice of and duly held a public hearing in connection with Amend- <br />ment Application No. 185 for change of District Classification, <br />and initiated proceedings to modify the proposed District Classi- <br />fication, by adding thereto -PK to require certain parking areas, <br />and held a public hearing thereon, and recommended to the City <br />Council the change requested and the addition of said modification; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly <br />held a public hearing on said application and does now find that <br />public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the fol- <br />lowing amendment and that the uses under the new classification <br />will not. be detrimental to the surrounding property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Arm, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Beginning at the Northeast corner of the tract allotted <br /> to Maria Ygnacio Alvarado de Moreno, in partition of the <br /> Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, in case No. 1192, of the <br /> late 17th Judicial District Court in and for Los Angeles <br /> County, California, said point of beginning also being <br /> the intersection of the center lines of Grand Avenue and <br /> Seventeenth Street; and running thence South 477.1 feet; <br /> thence West 365.2 feet; thence North 477.1 feet; thence <br /> East 365.2 feet to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />be reclassified from R-l, R-2 and C Districts to the C-1-PK Dis- <br />trict and that Sheet No. 6 of the Districting Map of Article IX of <br />the Santa Aha Municipal Code be amended to show such reclassifi- <br />cation. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the <br />passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published <br />within 15 days after its adoption in one issue of the Santa Aha <br /> <br /> <br />
