ORDINANCE NO'. NS-200 AMENDIitG ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES AND AMENDING SHEET NO. 53 OF THE DISTRICT- ING ~MAP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION WHEREAS, the Planning Connmission of Santa Ana has given notice of and duly held two public hearings in connection with Amendment Application No. 19O for change of District Classifi- cation, and recommended to the City Council the change requested; and WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a public hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION lo That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: The Westerly 170.00 feet of the Easterly 1032.00 feet of the Northerly 997.00 feet of Block I of Revised West Tract, M.R.M., Book l, page 13, Orange County, Califo~nla be reclassified from R-1 District to the R-3 District and that Sheet No. 53 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal Code be amended to show such reclassification. SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published within 15 days after its adoption in one issue of the Santa Ana Independent. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days f~om and after the date of its adoption.
