ORDINANCE NO'. NS-200 AMENDIitG ARTICLE IX OF THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT <br />BOUNDARIES AND AMENDING SHEET NO. 53 OF THE DISTRICT- <br />ING ~MAP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Connmission of Santa Ana has given <br />notice of and duly held two public hearings in connection with <br />Amendment Application No. 19O for change of District Classifi- <br />cation, and recommended to the City Council the change requested; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly <br />held a public hearing on said application and does now find that <br />public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the <br />following amendment and that the uses under the new classification <br />will not be detrimental to the surrounding property, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION lo That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> The Westerly 170.00 feet of the Easterly 1032.00 <br /> feet of the Northerly 997.00 feet of Block I of <br /> Revised West Tract, M.R.M., Book l, page 13, <br /> Orange County, Califo~nla <br /> <br />be reclassified from R-1 District to the R-3 District and that <br />Sheet No. 53 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code be amended to show such reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the <br />passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published <br />within 15 days after its adoption in one issue of the Santa Ana <br />Independent.
