ORDINANCE NOo NS-203 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />CALIFORNIA, ORDERING, CALLING, PROVID- <br />ING FOR AND GIVING NOTICE OF A SPECIAL <br />MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD IN THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ON THE 6TH DAY OF <br />NOVEMBER, 1956, FOR THE PURPOSE ~F <br />SUBMITTING TO THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF <br />SAID CITY A PROPOSITION TO INCUR BONDED <br />INDEBTEDNESS BY SAID CITY FOR A CERTAIN <br />MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT AND CONSOLIDATING <br />SAID ELECTION WITH THE GENERAL ELECTION <br />TO BE HELD ON SAID DATE. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha, California, did on the 22nd day of August, 1956, <br />by a vote of more than two-thirds of the members of said <br /> <br />City Council, adopt Resolution No. 56-234 ~ entitled <br /> <br />"Resolution of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, <br />California, determining that the public interest and <br />necessity demand the acquisition and construction of a <br />certain municipal improvement, and making findings relat- <br />ing thereto", which said resolution was duly signed and <br />approved by the Mayor of the city and attested and certified <br />by the Clerk of the Council of said city; <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Santa Aha DOES <br />ORDAIN as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That a special municipal election be held, <br />and the same is hereby called to be held, in the City of Santa <br />Ana, California, on the 6th day of November, 1956, for the <br />purpose of submitting to the qualified voters of said city <br />a proposition of incurring indebtedness and issuing bonds <br /> <br /> <br />
