ORDINANCE NO. NS-205 DECLARING THE ANNEXATION <br />OF THAT CERTAIN TERRITORY DESIGNATED "SEGERSTROM <br />ANNEX NO. 2" <br /> <br /> W~EP~AB, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha did on <br />July 30, 1956 declare its intention to annex certainuninhabited <br />territory by Resolution No. 56-209, which said Resolution wam <br />regularly published as required by law, and which said Resolution <br />gave due notice of public hearing to be held on September 4, 1956; <br /> <br /> ~gHEREAS, at said hearing there were no objections or pro- <br />tests to said proposed annexation; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, TEE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOW~: <br /> <br /> ~EcTION 1. That after due hearing, it finds that there was' <br />no protest to the annexation of the territory herein described, <br />that due notice of the time and place of hearing was given; that <br />said territory was wholly uninhabited at the time the petition for <br />annexation was filed; that said territory is contiguous to the <br />City of Santa Aha, California; that written consent of all the <br />owners was filed with the Clerk of the Council prior to the adoption <br />of this Ordinance, agreeing that all property within said territory <br />shall be taxed to pay any indebtedness or liability of said City <br />contracted prior to or existing at the time of annexation and that <br />said property shall be so taxed. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. That all of the territory situated in the County <br />of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Beginning at the Northwest cor~er of Lot ~B# of Tract No. <br /> 510, as shown on a map recorded in Book 23, at pages 9 and <br /> l0 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, <br /> California, said point being an angle point in the exist- <br /> ~ boundary line of the City of Santa Aha; thence North <br /> 10' 15" East along the North line of said Lot "B" and <br /> the Easterly extension thereof, 819.73 feet; thence North <br /> 1° 19' 45" West 793.15 feet to a point in the Westerly ex- <br /> tension of the North line of Lot 2, of Tract No. 1013, as <br /> shown on a map recorded in Book 33, at page 36 of Miscel- <br /> laneous Ma~s, records of said Orange County; thence North <br /> 27° ~2' 15" East along said extension and North line, <br /> ¥3~.~5 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence <br /> <br /> <br />
