ORDINANCE NO. ?.'s-207 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF ~ANTA ANA MUNICIPAL C6DE CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES, AMENDING SHEET NO. 61 OF THE DISTRICTING NAP, AND ADDING NEW SHEET~ NO. 65 ~ THERETO ';, TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION WHEREAS, the Planning Cormmission of Santa Aha has given notice of and duly held two public hearings in connection with Amendment Application No. 192 for change of District Classifica- and recommended to the City Council the change requested; tion, and ~EREAS, the City Cotmcil gave due notice of and regularly held a public hearing on said application and does now find that public.necessity, convenience and general welfare require the fol- lowing amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; NOW, ~EREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Sant§ Arm, County of Orange, State of California, described as: 109.314 acre parcel of land located on the east side of Harbor Boulevard, beginning at a point approximately 2476..~ feet north of Talbert Avenue with a frontage of 1452.00 feet on Harbor Boulevard and extending east approximately 2819.42 feet be reclassified from R-1 District to the M-1 District and that Sheet No. 61 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Aha Municipal Code be amended, and new Sheet No. 65~~ .. ~ added thereto, to show such reclassification. SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published within 15 days after its adoption in one issue of the Santa Aha Independent. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of its'adoption.
