ORDINANCE NO. ~,~¥-2!o AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT <br />BOUNDARIES AND AMENDING SHEETS NOS. i AND 2 OF THE <br />DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Ana has given <br />notice of and duly held two public hearings in connection with <br />Amendment Application No. 195 for change of District Classifica- <br /> <br /> and recommended to the City Council the change requested; <br /> <br />tion, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly <br />held a public hearing on said application and does now'find that <br />public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the fol- <br />lowing amendment and that the uses under the new classification <br />will not be detrimental to the surrounding property$ <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Orange, State of California, situated at the rear of C-1 <br />zoning on Seventeenth Street, between Bush Street and the S.P.E.R. <br />right-of-way, and further described as: <br /> <br /> Parcel 1. The area bounded on the south by a line paral- <br /> lel with and 140.00 feet north of the north line of Seven- <br /> teenth Street, on the east by Spurgeon Street, on the west <br /> by Bush Street, and northerly by the S.P.R.R. right-of-way. <br /> <br /> Parcel 2. The area bounded on the south by a line pa~al- <br /> lel with and 145.00 feet north of the north line of Seven- <br /> teenth Street, on the west by Spurgeon Street, on the east <br /> by a line parallel with and 158.4 feet east of the east <br /> line of Spurgeon Street, and bounded northerly by the S.P. <br /> R.R. right-of-way. <br /> <br /> Parcel 3- The area bounded westerly by a llne parallel with <br /> and 158.4 feet east of the east line of Spurgeon Street, on <br /> the south by a line parallel with and 140.00 feet north of <br /> the north line of Seventeenth Street, and bounded northeasterly <br /> by the S.P.R.R. right-of-way, <br /> <br />be reclassified from R-2 District to the R-3 District and that <br />Sheets Nos. i and 2 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the <br />Santa Aha Municipal Code be amended to show such reclassification. <br /> <br /> <br />
