ORDINANCE NO. NS-21~ AMENDING ARTICLE IX (F THE SANTA ANA NN3NICIPAL CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DIS- TRICT BOUNDARIES~ AND A~ENDING $~ETS NO. 4 AND 7 OF THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW Ta~ RECLASSIFICATION WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Aha has given notice of and duly held a public hearing in connection with Amendment No. 20~ initiated by said Commission for change of District Classification, and recommended to the City Council the change herein set out; and W~, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a public hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding propertys NOW~ THEREFORE~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 3_l and 12 in Block D of Porter Spurgeon & Blee's Addition; Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and the south one-half of Lot 6 in Block A of Porter Spurgeon & Blee's Additions lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 in Block A of Halladay's Addition, be reclassified from the R-3 District to P-PK District and that Sheets No. 4 and 7 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Aha Municipal Code be amended to show such reclassification. SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and sb~ll cause the same to be published within 15 days after its adoption in one issue of the Santa A_ua Independent. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
