NS-216 A~NDING A~TICLE IX OF ','~ ~a~NTA ANA MUNICIPAL COr~ C~EATING CNANGES IN D~TRICT BOUNDA~11~ AND AMENDING S~T~ NO. 2 AND 3 OF T~ DISTRICTING MAP TO SNOW T~ RECLASSIFICATION W~, the Planntng CommiSsion of Santa Aha has given notice of and duly held a public hearing in connection with Amendment No. 198 initiated by said Commission for Change of District Classification, and recom~ended to the City Council the ch,~ge herein set out; and The City Council gave due notice of and regularly held public hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; NOW~ ','x~-~ORE~ TaZ CITY COUNCIL OF Tm CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: On the West side of Bush Street bounded on the South by a line parallel to and 100 feet North of the North line of East Sixth Street and on the North by a line parallel to and 194.28 feet South of the South line of Seventeenth Street for depth as presently zoned, and; On the East side of Bush Street between Sixth Street and Washington Avenue, Lots 6, 7 and lC, Block 24, Original Town of Santa Aua; Lots l, 2, 3, 4 and 5 in Block "D" and Lots l, 2, 3, 4 and 5 in Block "C", Price and Stella Fruit Addition; between Ninth and Tenth Streets all property Westerly of Porter Addition and Crane's Addition; LOt 15 Witmer and Van Alstyne's Addition; LOt 5, Carpenter Addition; Lots 9, 10, ll, and 12, 2m!th and Bishop Addition and Lots 15, 16, 17 and 18, Crooksh~nk and Wakeham Addition, be reclassified from the R-2 and R-3 Districts td P-PKDistrict and that Sheets No. 2 and 3 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal Code be amended to show such reclassification. SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the pass~ge of this Ordinance ami shall ~a~se the same to be published within 15 days after its adoption in one issue of the Santa Aha Independent. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
