ORDINANCE NO. NS-224 ESTABLISHING SETBACK LINES ON <br /> BOTH SIDES OF CYPRESS AVENUE SOUT~ OF GOETZ AVENI~E <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN~A ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the public peace, health, safety, comfort, <br />convenience, interest and welfare require and there are hereby <br />established, setback lines as hereinbelow set out, all in accordance <br />with the Notice contained in Resolution No. 56-287. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. That a new Sub-paragraph (u) be added to Section <br /> <br />9150 of Part 2, Chapter l, Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal <br /> <br />Code to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "(u) 0ypress Avenue, on both sides, from Goetz Avenue on <br /> the North to an unnamed street on the South, a distance <br /> of approxfm, tely ~00 feet, 30 feet from the center <br /> line measured at right angles. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3.
