ORDINANCE NO. NS-226 ~WDING ARTICLE <br /> IX OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE CREAT- <br /> ING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES, AND <br /> AMENDING SHEETS NO. 4 AND 7 OF ~ DISTRICT- <br /> ING MAP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Pla~ming Commtesion of SantaAna has given notice <br />of and duly held a public hearing in connection with Amendment No. <br />204 initiated by said Co~.~ssion for change of District Classifi- <br />cation, and recommended to the City Council the change herein <br />set out; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly <br />held a public hearing on said application and does now find that <br />public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the <br />following amendment and that the uses under the new classification <br />will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; <br /> <br /> NOW, ~FOEE, THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real property in' the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Lots 7, 8, 9, lC, I~l and 12 in Block D of Porter Spurgeon & <br /> Blee's Addition; Lots 7, 8, 9, lC, ll and the south one-half <br /> of Lot 6 in Block A of Porter Spurgeon & Blee's Addition; <br /> Lots 8, 9, lC, ll, 12, 13, and 14, in Block A of Halladay's <br /> Addition. <br /> <br /> A parcel bounded on the west by the east line of Halladay <br /> Street, on the south by the north line of Nalnut Street, on <br /> the north by a line parallel to .and 150 feet north of the <br /> north line of Walnut Street, and bounded on the east by the <br /> west line of C~dar Streett <br /> <br />be reclassified f~om the R-3 District to P-PI[ District and that <br />Sheets No. 4 AND 7 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the <br /> <br />Santa Aha Municipal Code be amended to show such reclassification. <br /> SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. NS-215 is hereby <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the <br />passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published <br />within 15 days after its. adoption in one issue of the Santa Arm <br />IndepSndent.
