NS-227 A/'~END!NG ARTICLE IX O~,~ ~{E SANTA A~NA MUNICIPAL CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DIST~CT BOUNDARIES, .~{b ING SHEET N0. 37 0~~ T:~ DIST~CTiNG T0 SHOW T;t~ ?~Ck~SSIFICA'~'ION ?~E~AS, the Pl~in~ Commission of Santa ~a has given notice of and duly he~ a public hearing in oom~ection with ~en~ent Application No. 206 for c~ange of District Classification, and re- co--ended to the City Co.oil certain change, and %~K~E~AS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a public hearing on said application and does not agree with a part of said Co~ission's reco~endation and does now find that public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amen~ent and that the uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property, NOW. ~IE~FORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF T ~ CITY OF SANTA A~{A DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. ~at the real property in the City of Santa County of 0r~ge, State of Califo~ia, described as: A rectangle at the Northwest Walnut Streets with 1:35 feet Street and 170 feet fronting be reclassified from R-2 District A rectangle at the Southwest Walnut Streets with 136 feet Street and 170 feet fronting corner of Bristol and fronting on Bristol on Walnut Street Go the C-2-PK District, corner of Bristol and fronting on Bristol on Walnut Street, and and that the property fronting on the North side of Walnut Street between a line 170 feet West of the West line of Bristol Street and the E~st line of Pacific Avenue to a depth of 123 feet, be reclassified from the R-2 District to the C-1-PE District and that ~heet 37 of the Districting Nap of Article IX of the Santa Aha Muni- cipal Code be amended to show such reclassification. SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published within 15 days after its adoption in one issue of the Ssnta Ana Independent. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after 'the date of its adoption.
