ORDINANCE NO. NS-228 BEPEALING SECTION <br />NO. 3813 OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE, <br />WHICH SAID SECTION PROHIBITED DISPLAY 0R <br />STORAGE 0FMERCHANDISE ON THE PUBLIC STRW~.TS. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANADOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That Section No. 3813 of Chapter 8, of Article <br />III of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, is hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the pas- <br />sage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once <br />within 15 days after its adoption.
