NS-247 ~',i~ '~ <br /> Eo~A~LISHING A SPECIAL PRI}~ <br />!'ACIE SPEED LIMIT ON FAIRVIE?¢ AVEi'NgE BE%¢EEN DOUGLAS <br />AND BRISTOL STREETS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an engineering and traffic investigation of'vehicular <br />traffic on Fairview Avenue west of Bristol Street indicates that the <br />provisions of Section 90 of the Vehicular Code of the State of Califor- <br />nia applied to establish a ~esidential zone in ~aich the speed limit is <br />2~ miles per hour as far west as Douglas Street, and that such speed <br />limit is lower than is required for the orderly and efficient movement <br />of said traffic; <br /> <br /> NOW, ~tEREP0~E, %~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />0FOAIN AS POLL0,~S: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1.
