ORDINANCE NO. NS-258 DECLARI~ TB~ ANNEXATION OF TEAT CERTAIN TERRIT~IGNATED "CRODDWT. AND ANN~ NO. 2" the City Council of the City cf Santa Aha did on April 8, 1957, declare its intention to ~nnex certain uninhabited terTitory by Resolution No. 57-94, which said Resolution was r~gularly published as:'required by law, and which said Resolution gave due notice of public hearing to be held on May 20, 1957; and WHEREA~, at said hearing there were no objections or protests to said proposed annexation; NOW, T~FORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOE~ ORDAIN A~ FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That after due hearing, it finds that there was no protest to the annexation of the territory herein described, that due notice of the time and place of hearing was given; that said territory was wholly uninhabited at the rims the petition for annexation was filed; that said territory is contiguous to the City of Santa Aha, California; SECTION 2. That all of the territor,y situated in the County of Orange, State of California, described as: Beginning at the intersection of the East line of Old N~wport Road, 50 feet wide, with the North line of Delhi Road, 40 feet wide, as shown on a Licensed Surveyor's Map filed in Book 7, at Page 9 of Record of Surveys in the office of the County Record- er of Orange County, California, in Section 27, T. 5 S., R. 10 W., S.B.B.&~., and running along the following four courses, the bearings of which are based on the center line of said Delhi Road as being North 87° 44' 45" East, as shown on said Licensed Surveyor's Nap; thence North 87° ~, 4%" East along the North line of said Delhi Road 2,430.12 feet more or less to the intersection of said North line of said Delhi Road, with the southerly extension of the East line of the "School and Park Amuex No. 2", annexed to the City of Ss~ta Ama by Ordinance No. N~-172.on April 2, 1956; thence North 1° 00' 20" West lO.00 feet to the Southeast cox~er of said "School md Park Annex No. 2"; thence South 87° 44' 45" West 827.38 feet along the City boundary of the City of Ssut~ Ana to m angle point in said City boundary; thence Northiv 00' 20" West 1,052.73 feet along said City boundary to an angle point in said City boundary; continuing ~ong the following courses, the bearings of which are based on the center line of said 01d Newport Road as being North 15° 051 40" East as shown on a Licensed Survey- or's Map filed in Book28, at Page 47 of Records of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California; thence South 88° 48t 50" West along said City boundary to the West line of said 01d Newport Road and to an angle point in said City boundary; thence North 15° 05' 40" East 317.25 ~ ~:
