ORDINANCE NO. NS-265AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA <br />ANA MUNICIPAL CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUND- <br />ARIES, AND AMENDING SHEET NO. 31 OF THE DISTRICTING <br />MAP TO SHOW THE ~ECLASSIFICATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Aha has given notice <br />of and duly held a public hearing in connection with Amendment Appli- <br />cation No. 221 for Change of District Classification, --$ recommended <br />to the City Council, not the changes requested but, a change to P-PK, <br />and <br /> <br /> WHE~J~S, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held <br />a public hearing on said application and does now find that C-2-PK is <br />the logical District for said area, that public necessity, convenience <br />and general welfare require the following amendmeut and that the uses <br />under the new classifications will not be detrimental to the surround- <br />ing property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THE~EFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Lots 7, 8 and 9 of Tract 1265, known and numbered as 1437, <br /> 1431 and 1435 South Sycamore Street, <br /> <br />be reclassified from the R-3 District to C-2-PK District and that Sheet <br />No. 31 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Sa~ ta Aha Municipal <br />Code be amended to show such reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the pass- <br />age of this Ordinance a~d shall cause the same to be published once <br />within 15 days after its adoption.
