NS-269 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE <br />SANTA 'ANA MUNIO'I'PAL C'0E~ C~EATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT <br />BOUNDA~F~, AND AMENDING SW~T NO. 53 OF THE DIS- <br />TRICTING MAP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION <br /> <br /> WPRE~, the Plashing commission of ~aUta Aha has given notice <br />of and duly held a public hearing i~ connee:%i~n"with Amendment Appli- <br />cation NO. 223 for Change of District"Classi~0ation, and recommended <br />to 'the City Council the changes requeSte~;'and <br /> <br /> ~HE~AS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held <br />a public heardng on said applicatiom aha does now find that public <br /> <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following <br />amendment and that the uses under the mew classification will not <br /> <br />be detrimental to the surrounding property; <br /> <br /> NON, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br />County of Orange, <br /> <br /> Lot s <br /> <br />That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br /> <br />State of California, describe~ aa: <br /> <br /> 11, 12, 29 and 30 of the Re-Plat of Santa Aha <br />Acres, County of Orange, State of California, as per map <br />recorded in Book 5, Page 8 of Miscellaneous Maps of said <br />County, <br /> <br />be reclassified from the R-1 District to R-3 District and that Sheet <br /> <br />No. 53 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Aha MuniCipal <br /> <br />Code be amended to show such reclassification. <br /> <br />after <br /> <br />at its regular meeting held on the <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CLERK OF ~HE COUNCIL <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
