Hog and commercial livestock feeding ranches <br /> (Reference Sub-section 7-g). <br /> b. Farms operated publicly or privately for the <br /> disposal of garbage, sewage, rubbish or offal. <br />2. Parks, Playgrounds an~ Recreation buildings of a public <br /> <br /> or quasi-public character, golf coumses, countr-y clubs <br /> and other similar uses. <br /> <br />3. Accessory buildings, structures and uses, including one <br /> (1) unlighted bulletin board or sign, not exceeding an <br /> aggregate area of twenty (20) square feet, bearing offi- <br /> cial notices only or pertaining only t o the sale of agri- <br /> cultural or farm products grown or products or services <br /> rendered upon the premises or advertising only the lease, <br /> hire or sale of only the particular property upon which <br /> displayed. <br /> <br />4. Temporary stands for the sale of agricultural or farming <br /> products grown or produced on the premises, shall be per- <br /> mitted as accessory use upon the following conditions: <br /> <br /> a. When place~ for a period of more than ninety (90) <br /> Aays, plans shall be submitted and approved by the <br /> Planning Co~ission. <br /> <br /> b. The floor area of stand shall not exceed one <br /> <br /> hundred (100) square feet. <br /> <br /> c. The owner remove such stand at his expense when <br /> <br /> not in use. <br /> <br /> d.
