ORDINANCE NO. NS-2~I A~E.N~NG ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA <br />ANA MUNICIPAL 00-0-~CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOU]~)- <br />ARIES, AND A~ENDING SHEET NO. 43 OF 'n/= DISTRICTIN~ <br />MAP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Sm ta Aha has given notice <br />of and duly held a public hearing in connection with Amendment Appli- <br />cation No. 229 for Change of District Classification, and recommended <br />to the City Council, the change requested; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held <br />a public hearing on said application and does now find that C-2 is <br />the logical District for said area, that public necessity, convenience' <br />and general welfare require the following amendment a~a that the uses <br />under the ~ew, classifications will not be detrimental to the surround- <br />ing property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COD-NCIL OF ~HE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real p~operty in the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Or~ge, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Lots 13, 1~, 15, 16, and 17 of Block F of South Santa A~a <br /> Tract as per MaD recorded in Book 5, Page 43 of Miscellan-. <br /> eOus Maps of Orange County, California, <br /> <br />be reclassified from the R-1 District to C-2 District and that Sheet <br />~o. 43 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Smta Ana Municipal <br />Code be amended to sh~ such reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
