NS-29~ DEC~kSING ~E PRIMA FACIE SP~.~ <br />LIMIT ON PORTI0--~F HALLADAY AND G~EENVILLE <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C~TY OF SANTA ANA ~0ES ONDAIN A~ FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That under the authority contained in Section 511.3 <br />(b} of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and after engineer- <br />ing and traffic investigation, and Council dete~mination, Section 3280 <br />of the Santa Aha Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding two new <br />subsections thereto to be designated "(p)" and "(q)", in words and <br />figures as follows: <br /> <br /> "(p) No person shall drive ~ vehicle at a speed greater <br /> than 25 miles per hour on Halladay Street between First Street <br /> and Bishop Street. <br /> <br /> "(q} No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed gx-eater <br /> than 35 miles per hour c~ G~eenville Street between Delhi Road <br /> and the City Limits near Occidental Street." <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
