ORDINANCE NO. NS-301 DECLARING THE ANNEXATION OF THAT CERTAIN TERRITORY DESIGNATED mCENTER AND BORCHARD E. ~NEX't WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha did on November 18, 1957, declare its intention to annex certain uninhabited territory by Resolution No. 57-291, which said Resolution was regularly published as required by law, and which said Resolution gave due notice of public hearing to be held on January 6, 1958; and WHEREAS, at said hearing there were no objections or protests to said proposed annexation; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF T~E CITY OF S~NTA ~2~A DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That after due hearing, it finds that there was no / protest to the annexation of the territory her$in described, that clue notice of the time and place of hearing was given; that ssid territory was wholly uninhabited at the time the petition for annexation was filed; that said territory is contiguous to the City of Santa Aha, California; that written consent of all the owners was filed with the Clerk of the Council prior to the ing that all property within said indebtedness or liability of said adoption of this Ordinance, agree- territory shall be taxed to pay any City contracted prior to or existing at the time of annexation and that said property shall be so taxed. SECTION 2. That all of the territory situated in the County of Orange, State of California, described as: Bmginnlng at a point on the City Boundary of the City ~ Santa Ana, California, said point bears North 0° 24' 19" West 661.85 feet from a point on the center line of Edinger Street which bears South 89° 29' 40" West 3301.92 feet from the intersection of the center lines of Edinger Street and Bristol Street; thence South 0° 24' 19" East along said City Boundary ~3~.85 feet; thence departing from said City boundary South ~9v 29' 39" West 658.75 feet to the East line of Tract No. 1347, as shown on a map recorded in Miscellaneous Map, Book 42, Page 13, Records of Orange County; thence North 0° 16' 20" West 331.69 feet,along ^ a portio~ of the East line of said Tract 1347; thence North 89v 28' 48" East 657.98 feet to the point of beginning, be and the same is hereby annexed to md shall become a part of the City of Santa Aha, the Santa Ana School District, Sm ta Ana High School District s~d the Santa Ana Junior College District, and said annexa- tion is by this Ordinance effected, approved and declared.
