ORDINANCE NO. NS-305 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE CHEATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES AND M~ENDING SHEET NO. 49 OF THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly held a public hearing in connection with a cha~ ge of District Class- ification initiated by said Planning Commission, and has recommended the chsnge hereinbelow set out, and WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of m~ d regularly held a public hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity, convenience and general welfare require ~e following amend- ment and that the uses under the new classification w~ ll not be detri- mental to the surrounding property. NOW, THEREFORE, ~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana County of Orange, State of California, described as: Beginning at a point in the North line of the Southwest quarter of Section ~hirty, Township Five South, Range Nine West, S. B. B. & ~.~., said point being at the Northwest comer of the Seccombe Addition to Dyer, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 8, Page 17 of Miscellaneous ~aps, Records of Orange County, California; thence Sout~h 0° 30' 00" East along the West line of said Seccombe Addition, 668.65 feet to an intersection with the Easterly ex- tension of the South line of South Santa Ana P~ace, as mown on a Map recorded in Book 5, Page 50 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California; thence North 89° 45' 00" West along said extension 322.00 feet to a point; thence North 0o 30' 00" West, parallel to the West line of said Seccombe Addition, 668.65 feet to a point in the North line of the Southwest quarter of said Sectic~ Thirty; thence South 89° 45' 00" East along said North line 322.00 feet to the point of beginning, be reclassified frcm R-1 District to the M-1 District and that Sheet No. 49 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Aha Municipal Code be amended to show such reclassification. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
