ORDINANCE NO. NS-311 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA <br />MUNICIPAL CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES, <br />AND ASCenDING SHEET NO. 70 OF THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW <br />THE RECLASSIFICATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Ana has given notice <br />of and duly held a public hearing in connection with Amendment No. <br />'247 initiated by said Commission for change of District Classifica- <br /> <br /> and recommended to the City Council the change herein set out; <br /> <br />rich, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of aud regularly held <br />a public hearing on said proposal and does now find that public nec- <br />essity, convenience and general welfare require the following amend- <br />ment and that the uses under the new class~ fication will not be det- <br />rimental to the surrounding property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> A rectangular parcel of laud located at the Southwest corner <br /> of Tustin Avenue and 17th Street, said property having a <br /> frontage of 627 feet on Tustin Avenue, and 1430 feet on 17th <br /> Street, <br /> <br />be reclassified from the R-1 District to the C-1-PK District, and <br />that Sheet No. 70 of the Districting ~ap of Article IX of the Santa <br />Ana ~unicipal Code be amended to show s~ch reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. This Ordina~ ce shall take effect 30 days from and <br />after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br /> <br />at its regular meeting held on the 7th <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />day of April <br /> <br />, 1938. <br /> <br /> <br />
