ORDINANCE NO. NS-324 ADDING PART 2 TO CHAPTER 1, ARTICLE <br />II OF TS'E SANT~---~NICIPAL CODE FIXING BONDS REQUIRED OF <br />CERTAIN OPq~ICERS OF THE CITY <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That Chapter 1 of Article II of the Santa Aha <br /> <br />Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding thereto a new Part, <br /> <br />designated as Part 2, in words and figures as follows: <br /> <br />"Part 2 - Special Regulations and Requirements. <br /> <br />Section 2120. Bonds of Officers. <br /> <br /> Officers' bonds in favor of the City are required of <br />the following named officers to guarantee the faithful <br />perfo~nance of their duties and their honesty in the <br />amounts hereinafter indicated: <br /> <br />City Manager <br />Director of Fin~ce <br />City Treasurer <br />Director of Public Works <br />Director of Building and Housing <br />Purchasing Agent <br /> <br />$50,000.00 <br />50,000.00 <br />50,000.00 <br />25,000.00 <br />25,000.00 <br />25,000.00" <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
