ORDINANCE NO. NS-333 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA <br />ANA MUNICIPAL C(~DE TO CHANGE ~HE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AND TO ADOPT SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP <br />9-5-9 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing in connection with Amendment Application No. <br />252 and has recommended to the City Council the ~eclassification of <br />p~operty situated at the Southeast corner of Seventeenth Street snd <br />Tustin Avenue, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly <br />held a public hearing on said application and does now find that pub- <br />lic necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following <br />amendment and that the uses under the new class~ fication will not be <br /> <br />detrimental to the surrounding property; <br /> <br />ORDAIN <br /> <br />County <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OP' THE CITY OF S~N TA ANA DOES <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the real property in the City cf Santa Aha, <br /> <br />of 0range, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the north line of <br />17th Street (50.00 feet wide) with the northerly extension <br />of the east line of Tustin Avenue (50.00 feet wide on the <br />east side, as Tustin Avenue exists south of 17th), said point <br />of intersection being an angle point in the City boundary <br />of the City of Santa Aha, California; and running thence <br />east along said north line of 17th Street to its intersection <br />with the northerly extension of the east line of the west <br />half of Lot No. 5 of the Felipe Yorba Tract, as shown on a <br />map thereof recorded in Book 4, page 206, Miscellaneous <br />Records of Los Angeles County, Csllfor~ia; thence southerly <br />along said east line and its northerly extension of the west <br />half of Lot No. 5 to the south line of said Lot No. 5; thence <br />westerly along said south line of Lot No. 5 to said east <br />line of Tustin Avenue, and to said City boundary; thence <br />northerly along said east line of Tustin Avenue and its <br />northerly extension, and along said City boundary to the <br />point of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the C-1-PK District <br /> <br />and that newS,~l District Map 9-5-9 is hereby adopted and estab- <br /> <br />llshed to show such reclas~ fication and to show the clas~ fication <br /> <br />of other property in said Section, and reference is hereby made to <br /> <br />said map for further details and particulars as to the zoning in <br /> <br />said Section.
