ORDINANCE NO. NS-33~ A~DING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA <br />5~JNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF <br />CERTAIN PROPERTY AND TO ADOPT SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 34-5-10 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br /> <br />held a public hearing in connection with Amendment Application No. <br /> <br />253 and has recommended to the City Council the reclassification of <br /> <br />property situated on the North side of Huntzinger Avenue East of <br /> <br />Harbor Boulevar~i, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly <br /> <br />held a public hearing on said application and 'does now find that pub- <br /> <br />lic neces~ ty, convenience and general welfare require the following <br /> <br />amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not <br /> <br />be detrimental to the surrounding property; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TRE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br /> <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1.
