ORDINANCE NO. NS-33~ A~DING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA 5~JNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AND TO ADOPT SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 34-5-10 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly held a public hearing in connection with Amendment Application No. 253 and has recommended to the City Council the reclassification of property situated on the North side of Huntzinger Avenue East of Harbor Boulevar~i, and WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a public hearing on said application and 'does now find that pub- lic neces~ ty, convenience and general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TRE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: That portion of the 4576.25 acre parcel of land allotted to Janes McFadden in the partition of the Rancho Santiago de Ss~ta Aha, recorded in Book B of Judgments of the 17th Judicial District Court of California and a portion of Lot 3 of the Williams Tract as shown on a map recorded in Book 30, Page 14, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North right-of-way line of Huntzinger Avenue, 40.00 feet wide, said point being distant North 88° 37' 00" East 1262.80 feet from the intersection of said No~*th line with the center line of Harbor Boulevard, 80.00 feet wide, as described in deed recorded March 5, 1930, in Book 358 at page 424 of Official Records, Records of Orange County, California; rnnnlng thence North 1O West, along a line parallel with and distant Easterly 1262.80 feet frc~ said center llne of Harbor Boulevard, a distance of 1272.83 feet; thence South 88° 37' 00" West, along a llne parallel with and distan~ Northerly 1292.83 feet from the center llne of Huntzinger Avenue, a distance of 236.36 feet, more or less, to a point on the East line of Lot 3 of the WilllamsTract~ as shown on a msD thereof recorded in Book 30 at page 14 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County, California; thence Southerly, along said East line of said Lot 3, a distance of 1272.83 feet, more or less, to a point on the North right-of-way line of said Huntzinger Avenue; thence westerly along said North line of Huntzinger Avenue to the East line of said Harbor Boulevard; thence sout~erly along the southerly extension of said Eas't iine of Harbor Boulevard to the South line of Hunt~ nger AVenue (~0.00 feet wide); thence North 88° 37' 00" Easb along said South line of Huntzinger Avenue 1262.80 feet; thence North 1° 19' 45" West 40.00 feet to the point of beginning,
