ORDINANCE NO. N8-3~ i~ENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA <br />ANA ~.~NICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE TI~ DISTRICT CLASSIFICA- <br />TION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AND TO ADOPT SECTIONAL DISTRICT <br />HAP 7-~-9 <br /> <br /> ~IEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing in connection with Amendment Application No. <br />257 and has recommended to the City Council the reclassification of <br />property situated southwest of the intersection of Seventeenth Street <br />and Lincoln Avenue, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held <br />a public hearing on said application and does now find that public <br />necessity, convenience and genersl welfare require the following <br />amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not be <br />detrimental to the surrounding property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, %%IE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S,~N TA ~%NA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTI0~i 1. ?aat the real property in t he City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> The area bounded on the north by 17th Street, on the east by <br /> Lincoln Avenue, on the south by Dorma~ Street, and on the <br /> west by a line 369.~ feet west of and parallel to the west <br /> line of Lincoln Avenue. <br /> (Lot 21, Santa Aha East, Tract 14~9, Assessor's ~ap, <br /> Book 6, Page 10, County of Orange, California~.), <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from C-2 and R-1 Districts to the C-1-PK Dist- <br />rict, and that new Sectional District ~iap 7-~-9 is hereby adopted and <br />established to show such reclassification and to show the classifica- <br />tion of other property in said Section, and reference is hereby made <br />to said map for further details and particulars as to the m~ning in <br />said Section. A copy of said map is hereby ordered filed in the off% ce <br />of the Plarming Department, in the Building Department, and in the <br />office of the Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
