NS-3~ A~NDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA <br />ANA ~{UNICIPAL CODE Tb CHANC-E THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICA- <br />TION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY Al© TO ADOPT SECTIONAL [[STRICT <br />~AP 10-5-10 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing in connection with Amendment Application No. <br />256 and has recommended to the City Council the reclassification of <br />property situated on the south side of Fifth Street west of King <br />Street, mud <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held <br />a public hearing on ssid application and does now find that public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amend- <br />ment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detri- <br />mental to tae surrounding property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, 2~!E CITY COUNCIL OF T~ CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real property in me City of Sau ta Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of Califomia, described as: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point approximately 400 feet east of the east <br /> line of the Santa Ana River, with a frontage of 32~1..56 feet <br /> on Fifth Street and a depth of 706.60 feet, and described as <br /> follows: <br /> Westerly 5.06 acres, ~ asterly 10.06 acres, North one-half, <br /> South one-half, Southeasterly one-quarter Section 10, T 5 S, <br /> R l0 W (Westerly of R. O. Dine), <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the M-1 District, <br />and that new Sectional District P~ap 10-5-10 is hereby adopted and <br />established to snow such reclassification and to show the classifica- <br />tion of other property in said Section, and reference is hereby made <br />to said ~ap for further details and particulars as to the zoning in <br />said Section. A copy of said map is hereby ordered filed in the office <br />of the Planning Department, in the Building Depar~aent, smd in the <br />office of the Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br /> SECTION 1.
