3 - Reclassify from the R-1 District ~ d the C-2-PK District, to the C-1 District, with the addition thereto of PK (District Pa~ktng Requirement), property described as follows: Bounded on the east by Bristol Street, on the north by the south line of Fairview Avenue, on the south by a line 270' north of Wilshire Avenue, and on t he west by a line beginning at the southeast corner of Pacific Avenue and Fairview Avenue, extending south 177', thence east 375' to the east line of Tract 3245, thence south to a line 270' north of Wilshire Avenue. - Add ts the C-1 District, the PK (District Parking Require- ment , on property located at the northwest corner of Bristol Street and Wilshire Avenue having a frontage of 270' on Bristol Street and 200' on Wilshire Avenue.
