ORDINANCE NO. NS-~IAMENDING~ ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA <br />MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN <br />PROPERTY AND TO AMEND SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 25-5-10 <br /> <br /> W~REAB, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing in connection with Amendment Application No. <br />267, initiated by said Commission, and recommended to the City <br />Council the r~classiftcation of property situated on the west side <br />of South Main Street Just north of the Pacific Electric Railway right <br />of way; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council gave due riottce of and regularly <br />held a public hearing on said Amendment, and does now find that <br />public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the foll- <br />owing amendment, and that the uses under the new classification will <br />not be detrimental to the surrounding property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, ~ <br />State of California, bounded on the north by Delhi Road, on the <br />east by Main Street, on the south by the Pacific Electric Railway <br />right of way, and on the west by a line approximately 322 feet west <br />of the center line of Main Street, be reclassified from C-1-PK <br />District to the C-2-PK District, and that Sectional District Map <br />25-5-10 be amended anl approved in accordance with Exhibit D to <br />show such reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and <br />after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Sa~ ta <br /> <br /> · ~ ~.
