ORDINANCE NO. NS-370 ESTABLISHING PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMITS <br />ON PORTIONS 0F-~"I~-~TREET AND LYON STREET <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That under the a~thority of the Vehicle Code of the <br />State of California, the 0rdin~nces of ~heCity of Santa Aha, and after <br />engineering and traffic investigation and report, and Council determin- <br />ation, Section 3280 of the S~ta Aha Municipal Code is hereby amended <br />by adding thereto new subsections to be designated "(s)" and "(t)" in <br />alphabetical order, in words and figures as follows: <br /> <br /> (s) No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed greater than <br /> 35 miles per hour on King Street between Fifth Street and <br /> Seventeenth Street. <br /> <br /> (t) No person shall d~ve a vehicle at a speed greater than <br /> 35 miles per hour on Lyon Street between Chestnut and First <br /> Street. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
